Ordering & payment
What payment methods do you accept?
GCash and BPI bank transfer. Both accounts are under Hazel Ann Olaguivel, the registered owner of LUNAANDMOM ONLINE SHOP. Full details appear at checkout and in your order email.
How do I pay after I check out?
Place your order, then send payment to the GCash or BPI account shown on your confirmation. Send us the reference number or a screenshot at admin@lunaandmom.com or Viber 0956 625 8263, and we’ll confirm and pack your order. Payments are verified within a few hours on business days.
How long do you hold my order?
48 hours. After that the items go back into stock — but message us if you need more time and we’ll usually work with you.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Not right now. We’re prepaid only so we can pack and ship the same week. GCash makes it quick.
Is it safe to order from your site?
Yes. The site runs on SSL encryption, and we’re a DTI- and BIR-registered Philippine business (DTI Business Name No. 5929165, TIN 339-572-268-00000) with a real address in Pasay City. We never ask for your card number, your PIN or your OTP.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering, before it ships, and we’ll sort it out. After dispatch, use the returns process.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
A flat ₱100 anywhere in the Philippines. Printables ship free because nothing is posted.
How long will my order take?
Metro Manila 2–3 business days, Luzon 3–5, Visayas and Mindanao 5–7, counted from dispatch. We pack within 1–2 business days of payment.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, everywhere in the Philippines via LBC and J&T Express.
How do I track my parcel?
Check My Account → Orders, or use the tracking number in your dispatch email.
Sizing & products
How do I choose the right size?
Every product page has a size chart measured flat in centimetres. Measure a shirt you already love, lay it flat, and match it to the chart. Still unsure? Message us your measurements and we’ll tell you honestly which size to get.
Are the shirts unisex?
Yes — a regular fit cut to work on both men and women, sizes S to XL. Couples and families often buy the same colour in different sizes.
What if it doesn’t fit?
You have 7 days from delivery to exchange or return it, unworn with tags on. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
How should I wash them?
Cold machine wash, inside out, gentle cycle, no bleach, hang to dry in the shade. Kids’ items: wash before first wear.
Printables
How do I get my printable after paying?
As soon as we confirm your payment, the download link is emailed to you and appears in My Account → Downloads, permanently.
I didn’t get my download email!
Check spam and Promotions first. Then email admin@lunaandmom.com with your order number and we’ll re-send within a few hours.
What format is it?
PDF, A4 — readable on any phone, tablet or computer, and printable at home or at any print shop.
Can I print it more than once?
Yes. Print it as many times as you need for your own children. Please don’t resell or share the file.
Can I get a refund on a printable?
Digital sales are final because delivery is instant. But if the file is broken, you were double-charged, or the product isn’t what the page described, email us within 7 days and we’ll refund you in full.
