LUNAANDMOM ONLINE SHOP (“Luna and Mom”, “we”, “us”) operates lunaandmom.com. We handle your personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and its implementing rules.
What we collect
Information you give us: name, email address, mobile number, shipping and billing address, order contents, and any message you send us.
Payment information: we do not store card numbers, PINs or OTPs, and we will never ask you for them. Payments are made by GCash or BPI transfer, and we receive only your payment reference number and the name on the sending account so we can match it to your order. Once card and e-wallet checkout goes live through our payment provider Xendit, payments are handled entirely on their systems and we receive only a transaction reference, the payment status and the last four digits of your card.
Automatic information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referring site, collected through cookies and analytics.

- To process, pack, ship and support your orders
- To deliver digital downloads and keep them available in your account
- To respond to your questions and handle returns
- To send order updates (always) and marketing emails (only if you opt in)
- To detect and prevent fraud, and to meet legal and tax obligations
- To improve the shop, using aggregated, non-identifying data
Who we share it with
- Couriers (LBC and J&T Express), to deliver your parcel
- Xendit and its payment partners, once card and e-wallet checkout is live, to process your payment
- Our web host and email provider, to run the site and send transactional email
- Government authorities, where we are legally required to disclose
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. Ever.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your login and understand traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the cart and checkout may stop working properly if you do.
How long we keep it
Order and transaction records are kept for at least five (5) years as required by Philippine tax and commercial regulations. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.
How we protect it
The site runs over HTTPS with SSL encryption. Access to customer data is limited to staff who need it. Payment card data never touches our servers.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to object, to access your data, to correct it, to have it erased or blocked, to data portability, to damages, and to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. To exercise any of these, email admin@lunaandmom.com with the subject “Data Privacy Request”. We respond within 15 working days.
Children
Our shop sells products for children but is intended for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us data, email us and we’ll delete it.
