Welcome to lunaandmom.com, operated by LUNAANDMOM ONLINE SHOP (DTI Business Name No. 5929165, TIN 339-572-268-00000), with principal address at 2162-A Laging Handa St., Barangay 25, Zone 4, Pasay City, Metro Manila 1300, Philippines. By browsing or buying from this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Screen colours vary between devices, and small-batch items may differ slightly from photos. Measurements on our size chart are taken flat and may vary by 1–2 cm.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Prices may change without notice, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

We currently accept GCash and BPI bank transfer. Payment instructions and account details are shown at checkout and emailed with your order confirmation. Your order is reserved when you place it and confirmed once payment is received and verified, usually within a few hours on business days. We do not offer cash on delivery.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, we cannot verify your details, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.

5. Shipping

Governed by our Shipping & Delivery policy. Flat ₱100 nationwide. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided.

6. Returns and refunds

Governed by our Returns & Refunds policy. Digital products are final sale except as set out in that policy.

7. Digital products and licence

When you buy a printable, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use it. You may download it and print copies for your own household use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload or publicly post our files, or use them to create competing products. Doing so breaches these Terms and Philippine copyright law (Republic Act No. 8293).

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photos, designs, logos and digital product files — belongs to LUNAANDMOM ONLINE SHOP or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Safety notice

Please supervise children at all times when using our apparel, and remove any loose accessories before sleep.

10. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately at admin@lunaandmom.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

11. Prohibited use

You agree not to use this site for anything unlawful, to attempt to breach its security, to scrape it, or to submit false information.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Consumer Act.

13. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including typhoons, earthquakes, floods, strikes, courier failures, power or internet outages, government action or public health emergencies.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute shall be brought before the courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila. We’d much rather sort it out by email first — admin@lunaandmom.com.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised version.
